Coastal Fragrance opened its doors in 1995 in Easton, Maryland selling their signature cologne, Chesapeake Bay Spyce. Since then, the business was purchased by Teresa & Sonny Howerton of  Pensacola, Florida, where for 24 years they created an entire line of colognes, soaps, shampoos and products for men & women. There they sold & shipped the products to over 170 retail stores in the USA and Germany.  As of February of 2020, Teresa & Sonny have retired and the Winkler family, who have been selling Coastal Fragrance products over the years, have taken over the business. Brother and sister, Mike & Erin Winkler, will be manufacturing and distributing the Coastal Fragrance products from their new manufacturing facility in Joppa, Maryland.
